A family with long running ties to Wings Neck in Pocasset, MA needed a new home to accommodate their growing numbers. Our design goals included fitting a large program into a traditional envelope with coastal cottage references. This home is highly functional regardless of whether it is occupied only by one couple or the whole crew of extended family, with private grouped bedroom suites allowing everyone to have their space needs met. Large gathering spaces such as the living room, dining room, sunroom and family room encourage family together time as well.

Energy efficient aspects of this home include above code R values with continuous exterior insulation, non-PVC based trim, PV panels, locally sourced wood flooring and ceilings, and a high efficiency ERV.
