Chris Harris

Chris Harris received his Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 2000, and his Master of Architecture degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte's College of Architecture in 2004. Upon graduation, Chris worked at Cline Design Associates in Raleigh, North Carolina for a year before moving to Massachusetts. Chris was with Jill Neubauer Architects in Falmouth from 2005 until 2014. Chris and Alissa founded Salt Architecture in 2014. Chris is a Registered Architect in the state of Massachusetts and a PHIUS Certified Passive House Consultant.

Alissa Hike Harris

Alissa Hike Harris received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University in 2001, and her Master of Architecture degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte's College of Architecture in 2004. Upon graduation, Alissa worked at Meg McLaurin, AIA in Raleigh, North Carolina for a year before returning home to Falmouth. She worked at Hutker Architects in Falmouth from 2005 until 2007, and then joined Chris at Jill Neubauer Architects until 2014. Alissa and Chris founded Salt Architecture in 2014.

Norman Courchesne

Norman Courchesne received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Boston Architectural College in 2013. He began his architectural career in Boston, Massachusetts in 1994, gaining experience at several different firms until moving to Cape Cod in 2012. Norman worked at Jill Neubauer Architects from 2012 to 2020 and Polhemus Savery DaSilva from 2020 to 2021. Norman joined Salt Architecture in 2021. Norman has trained as a PHIUS Certified Passive House Consultant.

Alyssa Andress

Alyssa Andress received her Bachelor of Science degree from North Dakota State University in 2022, and her Master of Architecture degree from North Dakota State University in 2023. Alyssa started her career at RSP Architects in Minneapolis, MN in 2022, and then joined Salt Architecture in 2023.
